18 U.S.C. § 2257 — Record-Keeping Requirements

1. Statement of Compliance

Schambereich.org is not a primary or secondary producer (as defined in 28 C.F.R. §§ 75.1(c)(1) and 75.1(c)(2)) of any of the visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct that appear on this website. With respect to records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for any and all such content, please direct your request to the site or producer from which the content originated.

Schambereich.org is a content-sharing platform that allows users to upload, share and view pictures and stories. While we apply the procedures listed below to verify compliance, we cannot guarantee 100 % accuracy of user-submitted attestations.

2. Compliance Procedures

  • All users must be at least 18 years of age to register or to upload pictures, stories, or any other content.
  • At upload, users must affirmatively certify that (a) every identifiable person depicted in the content is at least 18 years of age, (b) records establishing the date of birth of every such person are maintained by the original producer, and (c) the user is either the copyright owner of the content or has obtained all rights necessary to upload, share, and display it on Schambereich.
  • Content that is flagged by users or staff as potentially involving minors is removed immediately and pending investigation. Confirmed cases are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
  • Users found to have uploaded such content are permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Reporting and Removal

Schambereich allows any visitor to flag content as inappropriate. Material flagged as illegal, abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful is reviewed and, where appropriate, removed without delay.
