Prohibited content

Schambereich is a platform for member-created content. Uploaders are responsible for their content being permissible. The following is prohibited and will be removed. Breaches can lead to restrictions on or closure of the account. Particularly serious cases are reported to the competent authorities after review.

Naturism and non-sexualised adult nudity are allowed. What matters is that only people aged 18 and over are recognisably depicted.

Minors and people who appear to be minors

Any depiction of a person under 18 is prohibited, clothed, nude or non-sexual alike. That includes naturist and nudist photographs, and depictions of people who appear to be minors. Consequence: immediate removal and a report to the competent authorities.

CSAM / CSEM

Depictions of the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of minors. Zero tolerance. Such content is removed, preserved and reported to the competent authorities.

Artificially generated depictions of minors

Drawn, rendered or AI-generated depictions showing minors, or people who appear to be minors, are prohibited as well.

Non-consensual content

Intimate images taken without the consent of the person depicted, or published without their consent. Consequence: removal and, depending on the case, closure of the account.

Revenge porn

Publishing intimate images in order to harm someone, for instance after a break-up. Prohibited and grounds for closure.

Deepfakes and impersonation without consent

Manipulated or synthetic depictions showing a real person in a sexual context without their consent.

Covertly taken images

Images taken without the knowledge of the person depicted, such as voyeur shots.

Sexual violence and exploitation

Depictions showing or glorifying real sexual violence, and any form of sexual exploitation.

Human trafficking

Content connected to human trafficking or coercion. Prohibited and grounds for immediate action.

Zoophilia and bestiality

Sexual depictions involving animals.

Extreme violence and gore in a sexual context

Depictions of serious injury, mutilation or death in a sexual context.

Doxxing and personal data

Publishing other people’s private data, such as their real name, address or phone number, without their consent.

Blackmail and sextortion

Threatening to publish intimate content in order to force someone into something.

Copyright infringement

Other people’s pictures or texts without the necessary rights. Please report copyright complaints through the copyright form (details in the Copyright policy), not through the general form.

Malware, fraud and spam

Malicious software, fraudulent offers, and advertising or mass posting of links or contact details.
